with the trade winds blowing and the temperature at 73 degrees, i had a nice bike ride home tonight. while on my bike i had the awesome idea of making a fried rice poke bowl. yeah you heard that right, “seafood fried rice poke bowl.” fried rice would consist of lobster, scallops, and a fish…possibly salmon. the poke would either be spicy masago with sea urchin, or shoyu poke with a touch of wasabi oil. #ihunger
lost so many calories yesterday, but i immediately gained it all back with this combo meal.
shrimp and vegetable tempura, teriyaki steak, sashimi, oyster shooters, and miso soup ( :
spam musubi after a bike, swim, and run kinda day. a side of restaurant bought teriyaki beef and chicken katsu.
regular and deep fried spam musubi. spam marinated in brown sugar and shoyu then pan fried. spam, sushi rice, and scrambled eggs wrapped with nori and topped with furikaki.
dessert: strawberry, vanilla, and mango flavored mochi ice cream
chow fun!
korean chicken on a bed of baby romaine lettuce, hapa rice, and red quinoa. a side of store bought potato salad topped wit tabasco.
dessert: a scoop of white chocolate raspberry truffle and cherry vanilla haagen-dazs ice cream in moderation.

fried rice for lunch: spicy salmon, pampanga sweet sausage (boiled den baked), scrambled eggs, shrimp (marinated in papaya seed dressing den baked), spam, garlic, maui onions, carrots, peas, corn, green onions, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
cheat day: slow roasted chicken and beef (not injected wit hormones) doused wit bbq sauce. a side of beans and bacon, and potato salad. sooooo ono!
seperated dis into three portions…lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
spaghetti wit panfry scrambled eggs, pampanga sweet sausage, parmesan cheese and a side of sprouted whole grain bread.
yogurt blended vanilla ice cream, topped wit strawberry vanilla hemp granola and red bean mochi.
my twist on mama’s chicken papaya / chicken tinola / she-ken fafaya dish: chicken, spinach, carrots, sweet maui onions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, papaya and sabaw.
